The good thing of knowing your work is that you can make a letter and send it to the HOA to stop warning letters about your dormant trees. Let me explain. I got a homeowner that received not only one but several warnings letters to remove a dormant tree. HOA said tree was dead and needed to be replaced ASAP . When I made an inspection I noticed the tree was alive. I sent a tree inspection letter to HOA and they stopped from pushing homeowner to replace said tree.
