Very clean.

Hi everyone,  this is one of today's houses for maintenance.  As usual is for me a great pleasure to serve this clients. Weeding, blowing leafs, an trimming bushes.

Skinning and clean up.

This house was dirty,  we removed 2 big bushes,  plant 3 plants, 1 tree, skinning 2 Mexican palm trees on front yard and we planted pistachio trees, male and female, 1 more regular tree, and 5 bushes on the back yard. After weeding, blowing and general cleaning this house looks beautiful. Satisfied customer,  satisfying job. Today was fun with this house maintenance, weeding, blowing, etc.

Texas sieges trim.

This Texas bushes were overgrown.  To high, to big, to messy.  First thing to do Grab my echo trimming,  check for gasoline. And start from the bottom to the top, trimming twice or more if necessary.  When you have practice, or you're an expert doing this, you can tell it's a lot of work. I like doing this job.

Install natural sod.

Hi there I'm so proud to be part of this beautiful people of Las Vegas and I want to thank to this kind Cuban people that trusted me, this is only a few pictures from this week big job. First thing we did was to take some measurements, we got 490 s q f. of natural sod, then we replaced 4 electric water valves (very old and leaking water), and then we had to install 100 poly hose for plants irrigation system, and next we have to level ground and check sprinklers to properly water sod. and for the next day morning we went to the store to buy sod. and before install sod we sprayed sod and seed starter. California pepper tree trimming

Look the difference between before and after trimming this big beautiful tree. Home owner is renting this house and tenants couldn't make it through the drive way because this California pepper tree branches were on its way.  Problem resolved.

Replacing plants for pavers

For this job we had to move or rea locate plants. First step cancel water irrigation,  remove plants, level ground,  compact ground, lay down half ton of sand, compact over the sand, lay over pavers,  put cement on the side of pavers,  lay a small amount of sand over the pavers,  sweep over the pavers to let the sand cover the pavers joints and wash pavers.

Front yard cleaning.

This is a very small front yard to clean, but  bigger and smaller job it doesn't matter  to me. Mowing the landscape, trimming Mexican palm trees,  weeding and blowing one hour labor.  Thanks God.

Lantana trimming

The best time to trim this Lantana plant is on winter time. During this kind of weather it looks like plant is dead but it is not.

Epoxy painted garage

When it comes to paint a garage we do the best leveling,  patching  holes and cracks on concrete.  Also we use the best epoxy paint, color flakes  and sealer.
